Description:

Tales from the Texas Tech Red Raiders Sideline will examine the games, stories, and players that have enriched the Red Raiders’ 79-year history. College football fans will get an inside look, as told by the school’s all-time most winningest coach, at one of the nation’s highest-scoring and most-dangerous dark-horse programs, along with a glance back at the players and coaches who helped build the Red Raiders’ successful tradition. Texas Tech legends Donny Anderson, who scored a touchdown for the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl II, and E. J. Holub, Texas Tech’s first consensus Division I-A All-American, will be profiled, along with more recent stars, like the record-setting Kliff Kingsbury…

Dave Boling is a veteran columnist for the Tacoma News Tribune and has provided coverage and commentary on sports since 1980. In 1998 he was honored as the top sports columnist in the Pacific Northwest. Boling has covered Super Bowls, Final Fours, the Olympics, and many of Jim Walden's Washington State Cougar football teams.

Bill Little has a Ph.D. in counseling from Washington University and has worked with cancer patients for more than twenty-five years. Through the years he has come to understand that the same common-sense interventions that help the body fight disease could also help the body prevent disease. A full-time pastor, Little has served as an oncology counselor and researcher at St. Louis hospitals. He has also worked with professional athletes, using visualization and concentration techniques to sharpen physical skills. Little is an accomplished author and also has written Self-Destruction Made Easy. He resides in St. Louis with his wife, Theresa Gay.
