Jodi Fodor grew up in a family where wordplay was constant and energetic. She earned her bachelors degree in psychology from Michigan State University and her M.F.A in creative writing from California State University, Long Beach. She trained with and taught for the Institute of Reading Development in Berkeley, California, a supplemental education program that teaches 100,000 students each year in classes all around the United States. Jodi is also a member of the California Writers Club.
