A native of Baltimore City, Dr. Gerald R. Patnode, Jr. has been an active strategic management consultant with an emphasis in political campaign operations for both major political parties. His major contributions have been in issue analysis, candidate positioning, campaign management and leadership mentoring. In addition to candidate work, he has also worked as the political pollster and on air analyst for the NBC-TV and ABC-TV affiliates in Baltimore. His consulting expertise has been gained through more than thirty years of progressive experience in developing political and business strategy for various organizations and serving in senior political appointed positions at the Federal,… State and local level.
