Alice Wilson-Fried is a proud postmenopausal woman, having survived five years of menopausal changes. She is the former director of public relations for one of New Orleanss premier paddlewheel steamboat companies, a writer, an avid tennis player, and the mother of two, stepmother of three, and grandmother of eight. She lives with her husband in California.
