Vince Sanders is a retired broadcaster with more than 40 years of experience inthe industry. He worked as an on-air talent early in his career before moving to management and executive levels at radio broadcasting companies in New York City. After migrating from the stage as an actor in the 60's, Sanders became a talk-show host and radio news anchor. Before joining NBC Radio News as an anchor/reporter in the early 70's and subsequently the National Black Network (NBN) as VP of broadcast operations, there were stints with Seaway and Rollins Broadcasting companies in the Chicago area. Vince is a founding member of the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) and was inducted into its… HALL OF FAME in 2005. He was one of the original board members for the Central Florida Theatre Alliance and also served as a board member of the Peoples Theatre in Orlando, Florida where he currently resides with his wife, the former Joyce Anderson of Chicago.
