Sports nutritionist Susan Kundrat is the founder and owner of Nutrition on the Move in Urbana, Illinois. She is also a sports nutrition consultant for the University of Illinois, Northwestern University, and the University of Evansville, and she serves on the Sports Nutrition Board of the Gatorade Sports Science Institute. Ms. Kundrat is the nutritionist for Strawberry Fields Natural Foods Store in Urbana, Illinois; she hosts a radio call-in show on nutrition; and she is a contributing editor for IDEA Fitness Journal. She earned a bachelors degree in dietetics from Minnesota State University and a masters degree in nutrition from Iowa State University.
