Sydney P. Smith grew up in Copper Cliff, Ontario. After the Second World War, he took up dentistry and fathered seven children with his wife Sheila. He now lives in Waterloo, Ontario.David Scott Smith is an artist, writer, filmmaker, and graduate of the Sheridan College Classical Animation program. His past writing has been in the form of screenplays and storyboarding for motion picture studios. A proud Canadian, he now lives in Los Angeles.
