Lulu Grimes was previously the food editor at olive and has wide experience as a magazine food editor (Food and Travel and Sainsbury's Magazine). As an editor for Murdoch books in Sydney, she researched and worked on a series of internationally published food and travel books covering China, India, Thailand, Italy and France. She regularly appears on the radio (including Radio 4's Woman's Hour) and has written for The Sydney Morning Herald.
