Chiu-Chi Wei obtained Ph.D. in Engineering Management from University of Missouri - Rolla, USA, in1992. He is now a Professor of Industrial Management at Chung-Hua University, Taiwan. Professor Wei introduced both project management certificates of PMP and IPMA to Taiwan in 2001 and 2005 respectively. He was the founder and Secretary General of Taiwan Project Management Association and the Representative of Taiwan to IPMA. Professor Wei has trained 623 IPMA Level D and Level C certified trainers in Taiwan, including general project management, marketing project management, R&D project management, construction project management, event project management and administrative project… management. He was periodically invited to train project management professionals in China.
