Pastor Bunmi Owolabi is the founding and the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Embassy church in Austell, Georgia, a Christian community that he and his wife and their first two little children, Tobi and Favor began in their home in 2001.He was one of the pioneering ministers of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Sanctuary of Power, Ibadan, where he served as the church secretary and the prayer champion coordinator. He later became the Area Prayer Champion Coordinator and the Assistant Zonal Prayer Champions Coordinator for the Redeemed Christian Church of God. With his emergence as the area prayer champion leader, the fire of revival broke loose in several churches in Ibadan through a revival… program -PRAYER RAIN the Lord led him to begin .He left the shore of Nigeria for the United States of America in year 2000 with a greater assignment waiting for him. The unquenchable fire of God shut up in his bones gave birth to Open Heavens Prayer Meeting, which began in his hosts' sitting room few days after his arrival in the United States with about six people in attendance at the first meeting. This fellowship gave birth to kingdom Embassy Church - a vision God gave him immediately after his conversion.He and his wife were ordained and commissioned into the ministry on the 15th of June, 2005 by Pastor E.A. Adeboye, the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God.He served as the General Secretary of the Nigerian Ministers Fellowship, Georgia for four years. He is currently the Vice President of the fellowship.Having a strong burden for revival among the pastors and ministers of the gospel, the Lord led him to start a Pastors Prayer Fellowship. A fellowship of ministers of God dedicated to prayers and ministry of the word. The fellowship attracts pastors from different denominations and nations. The fellowship meets every Saturday at 9a.m. for prayer and sharing of the word.Pastor Bunmi has a tremendous passion for prayer, God's word, coupled with a love for God's people. He is very passionate about the total health of the family. His vision and passion for the family gave birth to Couples Fellowship, a Family Enrichment Program organized for couples.He has a contagious spirit of selfless kingdom service that flows through every facet of his ministry.He is married to Pastor Bunmi Joke. They are blessed with four children: Tobi, Favour, and the twins: Jessy and Jenny.
