Leo Bastiaens, MD, earned his medical degree at the Catholic University of Leuven in Leuven, Belgium. He completed a residency in Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at McLean Hospital/Harvard University. He studied cognitive therapy at The Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and he is a certified member of The Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Dr. Bastiaens is Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine.
