Annie has a British Masters of Science and Economics degree specializing in Military Studies. She worked for the Strategic Studies department at the University of Calgary for 14 years. She was a stay at home mom for 12 years while her children were young. Annie has been married for 34 years and has a daughter, 23 and a son, 20. Annie is Executive Director of the Kensington Business Revitalization Zone (BRZ) in Calgary and Chair of the Calgary Federation of BRZs.
