Karen Dye was born in the midwest and shares those values with her readers. Born in Illinois, she currently resides in Jefferson CIty, MO with her husband, Brad. Karen is also a mother and grandmother. Professionaly, Karen has been a radio broadcaster for 25 plus years, and in addition to being a radio personality, she now hosts and is the executive producer of her own Christian television program, "A Courageous Heart". "A Courageous Heart' is a program dedicated to sharing the lives of those who are living courageously each day for Christ, no matter what their circumstances may be. The program can be seen on the Christian Television Network (CTN) each Thursday at 12:30 p.m. (CST). Through her own struggles in life, including depression, many failed marriages, a child addicted to drugs and alcohol, and thoughts of suicide, Karen shares her heart and is "real" about what she went through, how God turned her life around, and what He is able to do for those that call upon His name and surrender to His love. Women and children are something Karen is very passionate about in her ministry. Her children's books not only teach faith and the Word of God to little ones, but it is Karen's desire that those reading the books to their children and grandchildren will also be reminded of God's love for them and how we must sometimes simply "beweeve" when we cannot have all our questions answered in this lifetime.
