ABOUT THE AUTHOUR Madeline Rowe worked in the health care field for over thirty years. During that time she focused on: helping clients with physical and emotional healing; on teaching, (and learning from), health care professionals, students and clients from every walk in life; and on program and organization development. After she retired from the Ontario Ministry of Health and from a concurrent part-time clinical faculty position with Health Sciences, McMaster University, she turned her attention to spiritual development and set out on a personal spiritual journey. She became a member of St. James' Anglican Church in Dundas, Ontario where her initial contributions were with the Small… Groups and Healing Ministries. She soon found herself reading authors with an inclusive, spiritual focus. She began to keep a journal and became a member of the St. James' Women's' Writing Group. Then at the suggestion of the Reverend Carol Overing, she began to write. She lives in the beautiful valley-town of Dundas in Ontario's Golden Horseshoe where she shares a comfortable home with her friend, Marilyn Robbins and Rolls the tuxedo cat and is surrounded by family and friends.
