Kasheba Hall was born April 17, 1957 in Bronx, New York where she still resides. She appeared in numerous magazines with celebrities like The Jacksons and Cast of Dark Shadows back in the early seventies and early eighties.And while pursuing an acting career she landed in a few spots before going into writing poetry.
Stephanie Holmes, author of Grady Goes to Puppy School, was inspired to write this story based off of the experiences she has shared with her dog, Grady."I worked for a small amount of time as a substitute teacher in northern New York. The first day of school or any new experience is one of high emotion for children. I wanted to write a story that showed children it is ok to be nervous with a character they could relate to - a dog. My dog, Grady, is a very nervous dog, as American Eskimo Dogs tend to be and he gained confidence when I took him to puppy training ... he made for the perfect character."Stephanie Holmes is a military wife, pet owner, licensed veterinary technichian, and new… mother as of 2010. She is originally from southern Pennsylvania. In 2007, she graduated from Johnson College in Scranton, PA. She now lives in Spotsylvania, Virginia with her loving husband, new son, two dogs, two cats, and hamster.
