Courtney is a Transformational Life Coach and Certified Hypnotherapist, trained at the award… winning Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ, where she is now a faculty member/instructor. She obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work and Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. She is based in Phoenix, AZ and works with Caring Warriors worldwide. Courtney draws on her rich experience as a corporate Wellness Coach and Geriatric Social Worker. She has created and led empowering caregiver support groups and for 10+ years has professionally supported caregivers, seniors, the LGBT community and other caring adults in staying healthy and energized as they care for others. Courtney's own self-care includes hiking, practicing yoga, and taking photographs of flowers and butterflies. Courtney lived in Spain in 2002, where she developed a passion for flamenco music and dance. Since then she has taken up flamenco dance lessons!
