Dr. Michael Nikoletseas received his B.A. from Roosevelt University of Chicago (honors program), and his M.S. and Doctorate from Rutgers University. He did postdoctoral work at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and taught at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and also at the American College of Greece. He has published research in several areas, such as feeding and obesity, aggression, learning, and also endocrinology, neuroanatomy and neurophysiology. His unconventional teaching philosophy has helped a good number of his students move on to prestigious schools such as Princeton,Yale, MIT, Harvard, Karolinska, Columbia,… Scripps Institute, and others.
