Arlen M. Castillowas born in Nicaragua and lived in Costa Rica for a number of years before moving with her family to the United States. A classically trained clarinet player, self-educated paralegal, and food enthusiast, Arlen is the visionary and creator of the unique Handy Dandy Apron.Lazaro ("Laz") Murwas born in Havana, Cuba. He earned his BA from Florida International University and his JD and LLM degrees from the University of Miami. He is currently an international tax attorney practicing in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he lives with his wife, Arlen, and their bulldog, Lucy.
