After residing in Ontario, Canada, for twenty years, Sandra returned to her hometown on the Saskatchewan prairies with her husband and best friend Oliver and their little dog Rambo. They have done extensive traveling throughout Canada and the United States, meeting extraordinary people and seeing amazing landscapes along the way. Sandra has been writing journals for most of her adult life, recording memorable moments such as the heartbreak of losing an infant daughter to SIDS, and the joys of raising her now grown daughter Sarah and son Paul. These journals inspired the writing of Invisible Wings, her first novel.
