Barbara Stewart has published one Biblical fiction novel, one story about a cat's life, another about a horse's life, and has now written "Amanda's Hope", which delves into the issues of rape, abortion, and adoption in our current times. She has done so in a compelling manner. Her prayer is that Amanda's story will educate young ladies -- and young men also -- about the need to remain abstinent until marriage, as God intended, in order to avoid consequences similar to Amanda's. A portion of the profits from this story will be donated to agencies which assist in saving the lives of unborn children.Barbara lives in North Carolina, is married to Bob, and together they have five children and… six grandchildren, with all but one of those being boys. Barbara and her husband love to entertain and have company almost every weekend, and they often host guests or ministers in their home who visit their church. When Barbara isn't writing, she spends a lot of time in her flower and vegetable gardens and encourages and teaches others to garden. She also enjoys crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren, as well as reading a good book when she can find the time.
