Angelyn Ray maintains a private counseling practice in her home state of Oregon, where she combines a three-part regimen: integrating the losses of our lives, building healthy self-nurturing skills, and developing our natural creativity.She is the recipient of finalist awards for her story "The Changing Room," through Moondance International Film Festival, and for her collection, "Fables by the Sea," through Oregon Book Awards Literary Arts.She has co-founded creative art programs in her chosen hometowns, including the Manzanita Creative Arts Council on the coast, and Writers of the Purple Sage in Oregon's high desert.Her works have appeared in over thirty local and small press… publications, with books under the imprint of Coleman Publishing, Folder Editions, and The Aenor Trust.
