Debra Kay is a someone on a mission, who was commissioned to write this text. She is am avid Christian who can testify To The negative effects of carrying weights (both physical and spiritual) and being weighted down (bound and down), but found the answer which she was inspired to share. She has written many poems, which some of her work is published in a book entitled "Beneath the Harvest Moon" the National Library of Poetry Compilation by Franz "Untitled" Debra K. Pearson Bibliography She is also a recipient of an Editors Choice Award, which she received from the National Library of Poetry for Outstanding Achievement in Poetry (1996) Debra holds a Lifetime Membership - Psi Chi - the… National Honor Society in Psychology, which she was inducted in 2006. She studied and earned a Master of Science Degree in Family Therapy from Friends University and is a Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) since 2005 Debra holds an undergraduate degree - Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice, which she also studied and earned from Friends University. For her internship she volunteered and served as a CASA (Court appointed special advocate) for abused and neglected children. Debra also has served as a Court Approved Domestic Relations Mediator. Debra has a passionate heart for helping and serving people of all ages and races, gender, economic status and/or educational level, those who are in need of help or is looking for an answer to their problems. Debra also received formal training and is a Certified Histotechnologist, (ASCP - American Society of Clinical Pathology), which she takes great pride in the work that she performs (assisting with autopsies and processing, embedding, cutting and staining tissue biopsies for microscopy examination) on behalf of the patients, their family and/or loved ones. Debra is a loving mother, which she has three sons and three grandchildren (so far), and on top of that she loves praising and glorifying the Lord, who is the head of her life.
