Associated for over 40 years with Harvard University, and its affiliated institutions, as a project director, researcher and clinician, he has extensive experience as a lecturer at the university and post-graduate level on management strategy, organizational development, information systems, and executive coaching. He currently lives with his wife Jane in Little Compton, Rhode Island.
