Dr. Larry D. Helsel is a Professor and Chair of the School of Technology at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. He has served as President of the University Division of the National Association of Industrial Technology (NAIT) and Chairman of the Executive Board of NAIT. He currently serves as Chairman of the NAIT Board of Certification.
