Dr. Stephen C. Schimpff, MD is a physician and an acclaimed educator of medical students and resident trainees. He has more than twenty years of leadership experience, including directing a major cancer center and serving as the chief operating officer of a multi-hospital system and as th chief executive officer of one of America's most recognized tertiary care teaching hospitals. He has published more than 200 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, edited three medical textbooks, and has published two books for general readers.
