Terri Jo Swim, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor and Program Director of Early Childhood Education at Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne (IPFW), IN. She has been in the field of early childhood education for over 15 years. She has worked in private child care centers, university-based laboratory infant/toddler and preschool programs, and summer camps with children birth � 13 years of age.
