Earl S. Johnson, Jr. is Pastor Emeritus of First Presbyterian Church in Johnstown, New York, and an adjunct professor of religious studies at Siena College. He has written several books, including The Presbyterian Deacon, The Presbyterian Trustee, and Witness without Parallel: Eight Biblical Texts That Make Us Presbyterian, all published by Westminster John Knox Press.
