E. Hector Garcia makes his home in Rio Grande City, Texas. Formerly serving in the Army, he retired after ten years in the Department of Defense, and currently works as special education teacher for students with unique challenges. In his free time, he enjoys reading classical literature, including the works of Arthur Rimbaud and John Steinbeck, as well as Roman classics. Although he has been writing poetry since his college days, this is his first published book.
