Irmgard Marboe is Professor of International Law at the Department of European, International and Comparative Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Vienna. Since her studies in law and languages at the University of Vienna (Austria) and at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain)she has written her doctoral thesis on State Aids in European Community Law in the cultural sector as well as publishing several articles in the area of European Community Law.
