Bo Begole(Palo Alto, CA) is Principal Scientist at the Palo Alto Research Center, manager of its Ubiquitous Computing area, and one of the worldrsquo;s leading experts in Ubiquitous Computing. He is an applied computer scientist focused on inventing technologies that support end-user functionality, such as human-computer interaction (HCI) techniques, distributed system algorithms and protocols, and behavior modeling algorithms. Kiplingerrsquo;s recently published his article on Ubicomprsquo;s application to business. Begole received a B.S. in 1992 in Mathematics from Virginia Commonwealth University, and an M.S. in 1994 and a Ph.D. in 1998 in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
