Larry W. Mays (Scottsdale, AZ) is Professor of Civil and Engineering at The Arizona State University and former chairman of the department. He has published extensively on water resources literature, including over 60 refered journal publications, 65 papers in proceedings of national and international conferences, 30 reports, and two chapters in The Handbook of Civil Engineers Practice.
