You are welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery for any reason. To Prepare a Return for us:
1. Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for return in your return package.
2. Returns must be in their new and resellable original condition. CDs/software/Access Codes/Loose leaf items must be unopened.
3. For your security, we recommend that returns be shipped to us via a trackable shipping method, such as USPS Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation, UPS, or FedEx.
4. Please ship the items with adequate packaging material to avoid damage.

Went with Standard shipping and recieved my book in a timely manner. The only bad thing I would say is there is no need to have a million stickers on a book, put one on the book you dont need 3 on one book on each side plus a stamp. We know its used we ordered the book, we ruin paperback books trying to get them off.
