Great packaging job! The book was in great condition!
I have ordered a book, but I have never got it. However, when I checked the delivery status, its been updated with a "delivered". After requesting many times, nobody answered my request. I lost the book and my money. What the worst thing is there is no button for me to ask for refund nor service phone number that I can call.
