You will receive up to 3 texts per order for reminder texts and up to 1-3 messages per month for promotional texts. You will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration. By signing up you agree to receive marketing and/or reminder text messages, which may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number provided. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

1. This mobile feature is available for rental reminders, buyback reminders and marketing messages on the following carriers: the United States:

   Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltel, Boost Mobile, and Virgin Mobile.

   Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), MetroPCS, Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

   Please note that you will not be able to receive text messages on VoIP numbers like Google Voice or Skype.

3. When you provide us with your mobile phone number, you agree that TextbookRush may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. Your registration for this mobile feature constitutes agreement to our Terms of Use, which are a contract between us and you that grants us certain rights and licenses, provides us certain indemnities, waives certain of your rights and remedies, and limits our liability and obligations to you. READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY AND DO NOT ENTER YOUR MOBILE NUMBER OR USE THIS MOBILE FEATURE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE. You agree to notify TextbookRush of any changes to your mobile number and update your account(s) with TextbookRush to reflect this change.
