Mark P. Salsbury is a Human Capital executive with 30+ years of business experience in management and leadership positions in North America, Europe, and Asia. His international executive experience includes three years in Singapore, and three years in Paris, France. Following his retirement from Dover Corporation in 2012, Mark launched Salsbury Human Capital Management, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in helping organizations gain a competitive advantage through maximizing their human capital potential. Prior to launching Salsbury Human Capital Management, LLC, Mark served as the Senior Vice President of Human Capital for Dover Corporation's Product Identification Group… (PIDG), a one billion dollar company with 4,000+ employees worldwide. In this position, Mark was a primary facilitator for the merger of Markem Corporation and Imaje Corporation into Markem-Imaje, and he had responsibility for executive and organizational development, as well as overseeing human resources management globally. Previously, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Markem Corporation, a privately held company with employees in 17 countries around the world and 1,200 employees. Markem was acquired by Dover Corporation in 2006. Before joining Markem Corporation, Mark served as worldwide HR leader for Schlumberger Limited's high technology group of companies with almost two billion dollars in sales, 22 factories, 10 product centers, and 9,000 employees. Mark has a BS degree from Utica College of Syracuse University and an MPA specializing in Management from the State University of New York at Albany. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). He is also a graduate of the University of Michigan's Strategic Human Resources Planning Program.
