Robert M. Koerner is a professional engineer, Professor of Civil Engineering at Drexel University and the director of the Geosynthetic Research Institute in Philadelphia. Koerner wrote Designing with Geosynthetics, which has been called the most helpful technical resource on geosynthetics today.
