Gene Deszca is Professor of Business Administration, a past Director of the MBA program, and a former Area Coordinator of Management and Organizational Behaviour at Wilfrid Laurier University. He has published and/or presented over 100 papers, monographs, and technical papers. Current consulting and research involves organizational change, career processes of knowledge workers, and the development of high performance organizations. He has been instrumental in the development of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada's post-university professional accreditation programs and is a member of their national Board of Directors.
