Susan K. Miller-Cochran is associate professor of English at North Carolina State University and director of the First-Year Writing Program. She received both Master of Teaching English as a Second Language (MTESL) and Ph.D. in English, with a concentration in Rhetoric/Composition and Linguistics, from Arizona State University. Her work focuses on the intersections of technology, second-language writing, and writing program administration. Widely published and a much-sought-after presenter, Susan is also new co-author-with Ann Raimes--of the KEYS FOR WRITING family of handbooks (Wadsworth).
