David Greenberg teaches history at Yale University. Formerly an editor of The New Republic, he writes for Slate, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and other national publications. He lives in Manhattan and in New Haven.

Dr. Michael J. Aminoff is an internationally recognized, board-certified neurologist and clinical neurophysiologist who works at UCSF Medical Center and specializes in Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, holding an endowed chair in Parkinson's disease research. Aminoff was educated in England, graduating with honors from University College in London in 1962 and as a physician from University College Hospital Medical School in 1965.
