PHILIP MOLYNEUX is Head of Bangor Business School, Bangor University, UK. He is co-editor of The Oxford Handbook of Banking , and Series Editor of the Palgrave Macmillan Studies in Banking and Financial Institutions . DANIELE PREVIATI is Professor of Banking and Finance in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Rome III, Italy. He has widely published in a large number of academic journals. His research focuses on stakeholder management in banking and other financial institutions.
