Todd leads the retail fresh soup business and the recently-acquired Garden Fresh Gourmet. The #1 branded refrigerated salsa in the United States, the Garden Fresh Gourmet acquisition represents the reshaping of Campbell's portfolio toward the fast-growing packaged fresh and organic food categories.Previously, Todd was the Chief Commercial Officer of Bolthouse Farms, where his duties included sales,… consumer and customer marketing, innovation, and research & development.The mission at Bolthouse Farms is to Inspire the Fresh Revolution, and Todd has dedicated himself to doing just that. He recently served as an architect of "TeamFNV," a brand collaboration focused on increasing consumption and sales of fruits and vegetables among teens and moms. Previously, he was deeply involved in "Eat Brighter," created to encourage children to make the choice to eat more fruits and vegetables. Both partnerships included the White House and First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move! Initiative and the Produce Marketing Association, among others.Prior to joining Bolthouse, Todd was President and Managing Director of The Future Pull Group, an innovation and marketing consultancy firm that advises purpose-built brands, particularly those competing in the health/wellness and retail sectors. He has over 30 years of experience in general management, marketing, and innovation with powerhouse brands like Procter & Gamble, The Walt Disney Company, and The Coca-Cola Company.Todd earned a bachelor's degree from Purdue University, and now chairs the College of Liberal Arts Dean's Advisory Council. His other board affiliations include The Public Good Projects in New York. He was formerly on the board of Sahale Snacks, which was acquired by the J.M. Smucker's Company. A proven non-profit, arts, and higher education fundraiser, Lori Sparger is Chief Operating Officer for the College of Liberal Arts at Purdue University. A member of the Dean's leadership team, she collaborates on setting strategic direction and implementing policies and initiatives to advance the mission of the College. She also serves as the College's chief innovation officer, working with the Dean on new initiatives and program development.Previously, she was Director of Advancement for Purdue's College of Liberal Arts with her team securing more than $30M in private support for the College during her six years in the role.In her first project with Todd, Lori orchestrated an alumni… volunteer-led effort that developed the College's new tagline, Think Broadly. Lead Boldly. Elements of the strategic messaging project are now being incorporated into the College's narrative which envisions the Liberal Arts in the 21st Century as a force for good in the world.All of her more than 17 years at Purdue have been spent in the College because of her personal passion for the timeless, relevant, and essential importance of the Liberal Arts in higher education and broadly for the benefit of society. She previously served as the College's Director of Development and as Director of Marketing and Donor Relations for Purdue Theatre. Before that, she was Director of Publications at Wabash College and a journalist for a suburban Indianapolis newspaper chain.Lori received her bachelor's degree in English from Purdue. She serves on the West Lafayette Public Art Selection Group and the Florence H. Lonsford Fund for art acquisitions at Purdue. One of her great pleasures is helping people recognize their gifts and step into themselves. As a writer, she is committed to telling stories that matter. She resides in West Lafayette with her husband, Gary, and two children.
