<b>Brian Michael Till</b> is a Research Fellow at the New America Foundation and a correspondent for <i>The</i> <i>Atlantic</i>. He is the author of <i>Conversations with Power</i>. His columns have appeared in the<i> Chicago Tribune, The Dallas Morning News, The Las Vegas Sun, </i>the<i> Los Angeles Daily News, Newsday, The Oregonian, The Philadelphia Inquirer, </i>the<i> San Francisco Chronicle, </i>and the<i> St. Petersburg Times</i>. George Witte is the author of two previous collections, The Apparitioners and Deniability . His poems have been published in a range of journals and anthologized in The Best American Poetry, Old Flame, Rabbit Ears , and Vocabula Bound . He received Poetry magazine's Frederick Bock prize, as well as a fellowship from the New Jersey Council for the Arts. The editor in chief of St. Martin's Press, he lives with his family in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
