Ms. Tarbox has worked with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities for 13 years. Ms. Tarbox began her career in autism by working with young children in home-based behavioral intervention programs, while working toward her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a minor in child development from California State University, San Luis Obispo. Ms. Tarbox's early work in developmental disabilities included working in therapeutic, residential, and educational settings, with individuals diagnosed with a variety of developmental disorders and ranging in age from early childhood to adolescence.
