Kenneth H. Rosen is a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at AT&T Laboratories in Middletown, New Jersey. His current assignment involves the assessment of new technology and the creation of new services for AT&T. Dr. Rosen has written several leading textbooks and many articles. Rosen received his Ph.D. from MIT.

Douglas A. Host is a Technology Consultant at AT&T Laboratories, where he is responsible for technology assessment for intranet/Internet technology. Host received masters degrees in both computer science and library science at Rutgers University.

Richard R. Rosinski (Middletown, NJ) is vice president of professional services at VoiceGenie Technologies and worked at AT & T and Bell Labs. He received his Ph.D. from Cornell University.
