Hazel Dakers is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP). She managed the development of Information and Library Services NVQs and later, as a consultant and External Verifier, assisted organizations in introducing them. Her enthusiasm for NVQs led her to study for an MSc in Training. Now on the staff of the British Library, her most recent project has been to pilot the introduction of Electronic Records and Document Management (ERDM).
