You can return an item for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will refund the amount of the purchase only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned unopened.
All supplemental materials that were originally included must be returned for full credit.
Restocking fee
RENTTEXT.COM reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Of course, if the return is a direct result of an error on our part, we will waive the restocking fee.
Bulk Orders
Returns on orders with quantities of 3 or more (of the same title) are not eligible for a full refund.
