I am not happy at all! I bought a book about 3 weeks ago, I was told it was shipped and I did not receive anything and then I contact the seller and does not answer me or help me to receive my book. I am not pleased or happy.
Seller shipped quickly and the packaging was great, no damage to book. Danke.
I returned this book because I found it's different from what I expected. Although the return process takes longer time because it might really take time to follow up, I still appreciate them taking responsibility seriously enough.
