It has been 9 days. Supposedly, I would receive 2-4 business days. No response from seller. No book. However, they do have my money.
Still haven't gotten the book. Sent me 2 different tracking labels saying my order for one book is in 2 different places. I even ordered priority mailing (3-5 days) and it's been almost 2 weeks.
Packaging was severely damaged which in turn damaged the book. =(
I didn't get my book since March 12 even I choose to have it with the speed on 2 to 3 business day shipping ....
I need my money back!
They call themselves "speed books" but my order placed on 02/22 is still not here and it's already 03/08. This waiting time is RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT BUY BOOKS FROM THIS SELLER. They are horrible in shipping. Get them somewhere else. This seller doesn't even offer the lowest price and they have the audacity to make you wait this log for a book. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

Did not have the access card key with the order. The order said there was a connectplus access card with it.
Really disappointed! First time buying books from you, but lost my book, which make it impossible to buy another international book online (They are all sold out!) You should contact me earlier if you have lost my book, not one week after!
