During the buyback process, you’ll be prompted to choose the condition of your electronic item. The condition description table outlines the criteria specific to the condition you select.
Like New
- Item is in perfect working condition
- The original manufacturer packaging and all original accessories are intact
- There is no visible wear or personalization
- Suitable for presenting as a gift
Good
- Item shows wear from normal use (may include minor cosmetic signs of wear)
- Item remains in good condition with working buttons, scroll wheel, and charging
- Item has a flawless display (i.e. no dead spots or scratches)
- Camcorders and cameras may have light scratches on the body only and include camera body, charging adapter, USB cable, lens, and lens cap
- For cameras, the original cover/case is included
- Item includes battery (rechargeable), charging adapter, and/or USB cable
- Item may have been personalized (marked, engraved, or identified)
Items having one or more of these conditions will not be accepted:
- Does not power on / does not function
- Cracked display or case
- Missing buttons
- Water damaged
- Can’t be set back to original factory settings
- Reported lost/stolen
- Marked not for resale (or otherwise marked not for sale)
- Cannot be activated for service
- Critical features cannot be used (touch screen, headphone jack, camera, etc.
