Preeti Singh currently lives in Delhi with her diplomat husband, having spent several years in the United States, Egypt and Afghanistan. She studied English Literature in both India and in Washington D. C. and has been a Lecturer/Reader in the Department of English at the Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi. She is now Editor at the Oxford University Press, New Delhi. Preeti has contributed articles, reviews and short stories to literary magazines before writing her first full-length novel.
